Renee's Experience at Bellasposa: My experience at Bellasposa Bridal was hands down the BEST—from the moment I walked in to the day I picked up my dress. The store is absolutely beautiful, with high ceilings and natural lighting that gives the whole place an airy, dreamy vibe. I loved the personal touches, like the tent card with my name waiting for me at my own table. Having a private space for the dressing room made everything feel so comfortable and special. What made it even more meaningful was having my whole family there. I traveled all the way from Charlotte, NC just so I could share this moment with my parents, sister, grandma, aunt/godmother, and cousin. Having them by my side during such an important experience made everything that much more emotional and unforgettable. My stylist was amazing—she truly listened and understood the vision I had for my dress. It never felt like she was pushing for a sale. She genuinely wanted me to find the dress that made me feel like me, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention she gave every step of the way. I also loved the celebratory touches! After finding my dress, we toasted with bubbly, and they even had non-alcoholic bubbly for my mom who was driving. It was such a thoughtful, inclusive detail that made the celebration feel even more special. We took pictures with the store’s adorable sign and even did a boomerang to capture the excitement—such a fun and memorable way to celebrate.

Renee's Wedding Day: Our wedding day was honestly magical. We got married on March 14, 2025, in Downtown Concord, NC, a spot that’s really special to us—we love spending time there, so it just felt right to celebrate such a big day in a place that means so much. The venue, The Hotel Concord, was absolutely perfect. It was built in the 1920s, so it tied in perfectly with our Old Hollywood/1920s theme. The space had these gorgeous high ceilings and big windows that let in so much natural light. With our colors of pink and ivory, everything came together so beautifully and felt soft, romantic, and elegant without being over the top. Before the ceremony, we took photos at The Sela Loft, a beautiful studio right in downtown Concord. It was such a calm, pretty space and made for some of my favorite photos of the day. Speaking of photos—our photographer was absolutely perfect. She got every shot we wanted and made everyone feel super comfortable. Nothing felt too posed or awkward—it honestly felt like having a friend there with us the whole time. We’re completely obsessed with how the photos turned out! For the ceremony, we had an amazing violinist and pianist from Deans' Duets, and they played Disney songs that made everything feel even more magical and personal. It was such a sweet touch that really meant a lot to us. Later, DJ Deangelo from Split Second Sound kept the energy up during cocktail hour and the reception—he brought such a fun vibe and had everyone on the dance floor. One thing I’m so happy we did was hire a content creator to capture the behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day. They got all the little details and memories I might’ve missed in the moment—and now I get to relive it all. I honestly felt like a princess. We were surrounded by our closest family and friends, and the love and support in the room was so real. The ceremony, the party, the people—it was everything I could’ve hoped for and more.
