Customer service associate

Come join our team as a Customer Service Assistant! Our C.S.A. plays a vital role in how our clients' experience begins with us. As a C.S.A. you will answer calls, direct clients to the proper channels, create appointments, verify information such as balances and dates, and work as a member of our sales team in order to understand our product lines and how to best assist clients with any questions. 
Bellasposa is looking for people that are optimistic, able to build rapport and have a genuine desire to help others and who can excel in exceptional customer service. We are willing to train in the details of our salon, our practices and our products. Must have the ability to do well in a team setting, and excel in customer relations and problem solving, should be eager to learn. Computer proficiency a plus but not required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Strong people skills are a must. Customer service or retail experience required.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge in customer relation/service or equivalent
• Must be able to work directly with the public without exception.
• Must possess innate ability to establish instant rapport with customers, have excellent listening, speaking, and writing and people skills.
• Must have strong work ethic; proven to be responsible and eager to learn.
• Professional mannerism, behavior and attitude are a must.
• Experience in exemplary customer service and phone skills. 
• Must be computer literate and able to work with basic office equipment. 

Working conditions

Working conditions will include, working indoors typically unless asked to attend an outdoor show or event. Often a C.S.A. must help clients address difficult issues that require sensitivity. Stress may occur under pressure. 

Physical requirements

Will be require standing for extended periods of time, approximately 5 hours per day. May require extended periods of sitting, standing and lifting up to approximately 25 pounds. Carrying approximately ten pound dresses. Walking up and down stairs. Speaking on phone as well as using computers. Must be able to lift above head without assistance.

Join our dedicated team of sales consultants. Seamstress/AlterationS VENDORS

Bellasposa is an upscale bridal store and we are currently accepting applications for independent alterations vendors to rent space in our flagship store in Rancho Cucamonga.

As an alterations vendor, you will be...

  • Striving to meet department, store, and individual productivity goals, while following proper processes and procedures.
  • Using your top-notch sewing, organizational and prioritization skills to ensure items are completed by the date promised.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide an outstanding experience for every customer.
  • Working with Bellasposa Brides to alter their wedding gowns if they choose to get their alterations done at our store.

We would love to consider you if you...

  • Have a minimum of 5 years alterations experience.
  • Are all about accountability, accuracy, initiative and having a high level of ownership.
  • Appreciate the artistry and expertise behind making adjustments that result in the correct fit.
  • Have solid written and verbal skills as well as strong attention to detail (i.e. you always measure twice and cut once).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills, follow-through and ability to juggle competing priorities.
